• What design works best for your lot? (best sun, backyard access, etc)

• How many bedrooms do you need?

• How many bathrooms? Need an ensuite off the master bedroom?

• Do you need a door near a bathroom, or utility room, for easy cleanup?

• Are you interested in vaulted or 9’ ceilings?
